The verification file
Six things on file before anyone reaches your door
This is the outcome we can actually promise: not that every visit goes perfectly, but that nobody is sent to your home without these six being present and reviewed.
- Nursing licence, with its expiry date
- Qualification — degree, institution, year and the certificate
- Government photo ID (Aadhaar) before any assignment
- PAN on file before the first visit
- Address proof — a utility bill confirming where they live
- A person here reviews the file, and can reject it
Incomplete file, no assignment. That is the whole rule, and it applies to attendants exactly as it does to nurses.
