What happens after you press book

Five steps, and you can stop at any of them

What each stage actually involves

  1. Tell us what you need

    YOU DO THIS

Online in about two minutes, or on the phone if you would rather talk to someone. Pick the service, the date and the city — and for an attendant, male or female, which is honoured rather than treated as a request.

  2. We resolve the slot and the person

    WE DO THIS

Not a queue. Real availability against a real roster, matched to your city and your preference, with the slot held while it happens. If nobody suitable is free we say so rather than confirming and hoping.

  3. You get the name before they arrive

    WE DO THIS

Not “a nurse”. A person, with their experience and the languages they speak. Every one of them has a licence, qualification, Aadhaar, PAN and address proof on file, reviewed by an admin here. If that is not right for your family, say so before they set out.

  4. They arrive and do the work

    WE DO THIS

Roughly an hour from confirmation for a same-day nurse visit. For an attendant, from the start date you chose. For equipment, delivered, installed and demonstrated to whoever will be using it.

  5. You pay

    YOUR CHOICE

Online when you book, or after the service is done — decided at the point of booking, not after.

Pay after service

You do not have to pay before anyone turns up

Choose “pay after service” and the booking is confirmed without a rupee moving. You pay the office by cash, UPI or bank transfer once the work is actually done, and you get a receipt against it.

One unpaid booking at a time, per account. Settle it and you can book the next one the same way. Stating our own limit is fairer than enforcing it silently.

No Indian home-care company we could find offers this. It exists because families confirm care over the phone in a crisis and should not have to find a card first.
