Can a nurse put an IV cannula at home?
Yes. IV cannula insertion is a standard Upchaaar home visit, priced at ₹200. The nurse brings the consumables.
How much does a home nurse visit cost in Delhi NCR and Haryana?
Visits start at ₹150. Routine procedures are ₹150-₹700 and longer day-care blocks are priced separately.
Is Upchaaar an ambulance service?
No. Upchaaar sends nurses to homes for planned and same-day care. For a life-threatening emergency, call an ambulance first.
Which cities does Upchaaar cover in Delhi NCR and Haryana?
Twenty cities, including Gurugram, Faridabad, Panipat, Rohtak, Hisar, Karnal, Sonipat and Ambala.
What does Upchaaar check before sending a nurse?
Nursing licence and its expiry, qualification certificate, Aadhaar, PAN and address proof, each reviewed by an Upchaaar admin.
Can you do post-surgery dressing at home every day?
Yes. Dressing visits can be booked as a repeating schedule; a small dressing is ₹250 and a large one ₹400.
Do you provide an attendant or a full-time carer?
Yes. Day-care blocks of four or eight hours are available, and a one-week newborn care package runs on twelve-hour shifts.
