Where a home visit is the right answer
Somebody was discharged and cannot manage alone
Post-operative dressing, feeding support, mobility help, or an attendant for the weeks it takes. This is the longest and most common booking we take.
The room needs equipping
A hospital bed, oxygen, a BiPAP or a wheelchair, delivered and installed, so somebody can come home rather than stay in hospital.

It is an emergency
Chest pain, breathlessness at rest, stroke signs, heavy bleeding, unconsciousness. Call 108 for an ambulance. We are not an emergency service and every minute on the wrong number is lost.
You need a diagnosis
Our nurses perform procedures; they do not diagnose or prescribe. If you do not know what is wrong, you need a doctor first — and we will tell you that on the call.
You are outside the network
We cover named cities in Delhi NCR and Haryana. If you are elsewhere we will say so rather than take a booking we cannot honour.
